Nemacolin's AAA Five Diamond fine french restaurant, Lautrec, presents Art Culinaire, an interactive culinary experience with Chef Dave Racicot.

Featuring Pittsburgh's 2006 Rising Star Chef, this intimate gathering (limited to just 10 people), allows you to explore the creative world of food as Chef Dave sees it, where fresh ingredients and bold flavors are key. Dave will take you through the entire process, from farm to table.  Plus, Chef Dave's wry sense of humor keeps the experience light-hearted and entertaining.

Held each Saturday at 11:00 a.m., the class includes cooking instruction, tasting, plus a Nemacolin logo apron and recipe to take home with you, either as mementos or motivators.

Indulge your love of fine food and pick up some tips from a professional chef at the same time. $99 per person.  Advanced reservations are required.
